The Insights So Far…

Over the last 5 years, in response to the increasing urgency of the polycrisis, groups of visionary funders have undertaken deep listening, careful experimentation, and new approaches to grantmaking in order to explore pathways towards achieving greater impact, healing, and systems transformation.

From this work consistent themes have emerged as essential, such as:

• Collaboration over competition

• Capacity sharing over capacity building

• Power with rather than power over

• Regenerative, inclusive and transformational governance practices

• Integrating the change of our inner landscapes

• Nurturing the relational work in order for all the above to happen.
