Jo Musker-Sherwood
Culture Worker & Eco-Distress Researcher
After seven years co-founding and running a climate communications charity in the UK, Jo had to step down from her role due to profound burnout. She was fortunate to receive funding from Thirty Percy’s changemaker fund to use her personal experience of burnout as living research into sustainable working practices. Found the Working Well Network which aims to address structural causes of burnout in environmental work, Jo now also teaches and consults on burnout recovery across the world, drawing practically on grief tending practices, and the nature-body connection.
