Radical Transparency & the Nurture Now Journey

Our hope is that by modelling radical transparency, as a community we can experiment with pioneering a healthier resource flow between us, all the while exploring what this might look like on a wider, systemic scale.

As part of this transparency, below we have shared how we’ve budgeted this journey.

You’ll see, for example, how much we as hosts charge as our day rate (£500), how many days we estimate spending to prepare and deliver the journey (8 days preparation, 3 to deliver, and 1 for integration), as well as retreat running costs such as accommodation and food.

Distributing Resource Between Ourselves

The grant from Be the Earth Foundation has enabled us to reduce the Journey cost by £6,000, shared across everyone who will attend.

For example, without the grant, we would need 15 participants each contributing £1,900 each, rather than £1,500.

If you are able, we would welcome a ‘paying it forward’ contribution that will enable us to further reduce the cost for those who, even with the support from Be The Earth Foundation, would not otherwise be able to attend. If you sit in a well resourced place within the eco-system, you may choose, for example, to contribute an additional £400 to further subsidise places for others who are less financially resourced.

One of the things that makes this Journey different is its intention to include the whole ecosystem, rather than continuing to work in our individual silos. It is our belief that we will all benefit from increasing the accessibility of this Journey so that a wide and diverse range of perspectives can be brought together.

By being transparent about how we are using the grant, our hope is that as a community we can begin to experiment with distributing resource between ourselves as part of our wider joint enquiry together.

Our Cancellation Policy

If your cancellation request is received no later than 45 days prior to the start of the in person retreat, the journey fees minus 10%, and any of the Journey cost (e.g. 1:1s) already undertaken, will be reimbursed to you.

After that time credit is 50% of the registration fee. No refunds or credits are likely to be issued on cancellation requests received less than 45 days before the retreat.
