Our hope is that by modeling radical transparency, as a community we can experiment with pioneering a healthier resource flow between us, all the while exploring what this might look like on a wider, systemic scale.

How we’ve arrived at the Journey Costing

We each charge £500 as our day rate. We estimate each spending around 8 days during the retreat preparation process, including the group calls and 1:1s, 3 days for delivery, and a further day each to support the integration process afterward.

Below you’ll see the retreat running cost, including food, accommodation and materials, plus our travel totals, minus the Be The Earth grant we received.
