Our Approach

Across grantmaking eco-systems, whether funder or grantee, people are wrestling with questions such as;

• How can we best distribute finite resources in the face of wildly escalating need?

• How do we evaluate success without stifling genuine responsiveness?

• How do we transform power disparities in ways that heal and reduce harm?

Despite increasing awareness of how our personal, inner landscapes hugely inform our work out in the world, still little infrastructure exists to support the integration of these states.
